About: With this concert, the Dakota Valley Symphony celebrates spring with music that is full of the sounds and emotions of the season. Prometheus left his heavenly perch to come to Earth and find it inhabited by shadowy clay creatures, without face or form, aimlessly wondering. Returning to Olympus he stole Zeus’s fire and brought it to Earth to instill it in the aimless ones. He filled them with purpose, emotion, creativity and….life! You will hear the roaring of the fire, the winds of change, the birds, the horses, and many imagined sounds as the world awakens from its winter slumber.
