Lost or Destroyed Tickets
If the paper ticket you bought online, by phone, or in person is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed the Ames Center box office can reprint your tickets for you. Black Box Theater
The handicap accessible seats are located in the first row of seating and will be accommodated as needs dictate.
Accessible Restrooms
Handicap restroom facilities and drinking fountain are near the seating area.
Assisted Listening Devices
The Masquerade Dance Theater and Black Box Theater are equipped with a hearing assist system which is composed of 1-Listen LS-03-073 (performance system) with headsets for the public.
ASL Interpreter
The Ames Center will provide an ASL interpreter upon request.
